We kindly request you to note the following important points when sending your device for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization):
- Please dispatch your device only after receiving the RMA number from our service center or RMA software.
- It is mandatory to clearly mention the RMA number on the outside of the package/box at the time of dispatch.
Important: If the RMA number is not mentioned on the package, the device will be returned without repair.
Your RMA number will start with the prefix RMA.
